Company portrait

Rainer Pilz founded the company Control & Heating Systems, because he wanted to turn a certain idea into reality: Dealing with specific customer issues and offering tailor-made solutions.
Since 1995, Control & Heating-Systems has been working in many industrial branches in Europe, in particular in the glass, ceramics, plastics, steel, aluminium, automobile and bakery industry as well as in the field of reburn technology.
Since October 1st 2011 the Control & Heating Systems GmbH is handling the operative business.

Our most important aim is to meet the needs of our customers. We offer you tailor-made solutions – flexible, quick and of highest quality.
We have achieved this standard due to the support of various partners such as Siemens Building Technologies GmbH (former Landys & Gyr or Landis & Staefa), Honeywell Automation & Control Solutions, Dreizler GmbH, Bentrup Industriefeuerungen and many more.
We focus on a steady teamwork within our company and in cooperation with our customers and partners.

Heating and controlling annealing lears and smelting furnaces as well as gas mixture controlling are among our main areas of work, while we always put special emphasis on energy-saving technology.
Through intensive and close cooperation with our customers and partners, we have achieved many improvements in this field. Moreover, together with our partners we design and develop new solutions for customer-specific applications. Thus, were were able to develop a modulating burner with a performance ranging between 4-160 kW that can be used for a wide range of temperatures.
