From concept to completion. We lay the foundations for a successful end product right at the start, during the design and develop-
ment phase. And it is at this stage when we begin to work closely with our customers.
Our casting engineers advise them on how to create an excellent die cast part with smart design tailored to the characteristics of
 
 
the material. We continually optimize each design until everything is perfect: quality, functionality, and of course production cost. With the design complete, we work with our tooling partners to manufacture precision molds to the highest standards, making use
of advanced CNC technology.
 
If required, experienced external partners will simulate filling and solidify processes in cooperation with C&C Bark. If necessary prototypes can also be produced. Hereby we are experienced in plaster castings and prototype die casting tools.

Mainly we have outsourced the manufactur-
ing of the diecasting tools to specialized companies in the very area - according to the instructions and under the entire responsibility and control of C&C Bark.
 
 
Our own tool shop is specialised for service, maintenance and repair of the diecasting tools, on their optimisation during production of samples and initial series as well as for the realisation of modifications on short notice.
 
The second main task of our tool shop is the design and production of fixtures to conti-
nually optimise our production.

Low weight, function integration and surface quality are important requirements for this computer housing. It has been designed with a medium wall thickness of 1,5 mm and meets all functional and optical requirements.
 
 
Therefore this housing serves not only as a mechanical functional support for printed cir- cuits, drives, screens and other parts, but also for electo-magnetic shielding and heat dissipation. The surface is powder coated and printed.
